Sacatar Alumni, please share the wealth and pay it forward so that another creative soul like you can experience the incredible power of a Sacatar residency. Contribute to the Fellows Fund!

“I was afforded the opportunity to participate as a resident during the summer of 2013 and found the experience to be life altering in ways I hadn’t imagined possible.”  — Mark Steven Greenfield (Sacatar 2013)

A Sacatar Residency Fellowship is often a truly life-changing experience for Fellows. Creatively, personally, and professionally, time spent in residence at Sacatar is again and again credited with opening new horizons in Fellows’ lives. In the spirit of generous collaboration and cooperation so much at the heart of the Sacatar residency experience, a special Sacatar Fellows Fund has been created to allow the more than 300 past Sacatar Residency Fellows a unique way to support their colleagues in creative expression.

All donations to the Sacatar Fellows Fund go to underwrite a specific Sacatar Fellows Fund Residency which gives residency support for a new Fellow experiencing a Sacatar residency for the first time.

Our goal is to award one Fellows Fund Residency annually and you don’t have to be a past Sacatar Fellow to donate to it (family, friends, and professional associates of Sacatar Fellows are often direct beneficiaries of the great effects of a Sacatar residency so we encourage their support, too!).

Please be part of this important fund that allows creativity the time, inspiration, and space to thrive in the amazing setting of the Instituto Sacatar. Donate in any amount – large, small, or anything in between. It’s all good and goes to support creative souls just like you!

To donate online, click the DONATE button at the top of the page and be sure to indicate “Fellows Fund” as the purpose of the donation.

Donations can also be made by check (drawn on a US bank) with “Fellows Fund” written on the memo line.
